The dual 12 MP rear cameras combine a main sensor with sensor shift stabilization and an ultra wide camera, supported by Night mode, Deep Fusion, Smart HDR 4, Photographic Styles, and Cinematic mode. Video recording goes up to 4K at 60 fps, while the 12 MP TrueDepth front camera also handles Face ID. Battery life is rated for up to 19 hours of video playback, and charging support includes MagSafe, Qi wireless charging, and fast wired charging. Cons

  • Price: A brand new iPhone 13 costs $1100 CAD, which is not very affordable for a smartphone.
  • No Touch ID: Apple fans across the world were hoping for a re-introduction of Touch ID. Some rumours even suggested that the iPhone 13 would have a fingerprint scanner built into the screen. Unfortunately, no such feature was added, and users will have to continue using Face ID.
