I’ve had bell internet at this address for 2 years. The first year was fantastic (no outages, consistent speed) and then the modem needed replacing after perhaps a year of service. Since then I have had 3-4 more modems that only seem to last 1-2 months at a time and then they completely stop working (no internet at all) and need replacing. My internet seems to be down 20% of the time. Called Bell More

I have 1.5, technically, good, however, I never know if it's my modem that's due or it's hours that are doing maintenance and we don't know....in short, it's still going well, but they're not in a hurry to offer me 3, so double the speed for $8 difference, which I've been paying for a while and that finally, I'm not as fast as I thought...maybe that's why sometimes fortnite shows me the worse connection arrow on my console?!? I don't know lol

Bell's main problem is billing, the internet service itself is very good, the problem always comes from being told a price and it always ends up changing

As for Bell Internet, I am quite satisfied. On the other hand, for the television, there are often bugs. I often have to unplug everything and plug it back in to get the television and especially the recorder back to normal. Often the recorder freezes at similar minutes every hour.
