I’ve had bell internet at this address for 2 years. The first year was fantastic (no outages, consistent speed) and then the modem needed replacing after perhaps a year of service. Since then I have had 3-4 more modems that only seem to last 1-2 months at a time and then they completely stop working (no internet at all) and need replacing. My internet seems to be down 20% of the time. Called Bell More

The biggest problem with Bell, and it has pretty much always been this way, is the complex and grossly incompetent customer service.

in my experience it really sucks, I spent more than a year and a half with Bell 1.5Gb package for total payment $73, I canceled for 2 months then I return with a new price $65 and fibe TV included but after when I saw the bill the 65 alone and $16 the fibe TV really it's nonsense

doesn't care much about customers. it's more about operating and squeezing the max they can out of existing customers. When it works well, it's fine but as soon as you have to call, it's always a pain.

price supposed to be fix, but keep getting up, connection is unstable(cannot play video-games online without having drops), slowdown while working...for a 1gb plan, it is the worst. Customer service is bad when you need help..avoid Bell
