Great Company!

I've been using Can Com internet service for over a year now and I am completely satisfied with their excellent reliable service and honest business practices.
By way of contrast, my last provider tried to rip me off with questionable billing and kept me waiting on the phone for hours while I dealt with non-local and really terrible tech support from foreign countries.

Dismal Technical Support

The phone support is pathetic. Their only answer is that they have raised a ticket with Shaw. There was no confirmation of when the technician would arrive or call back. There is no ownership and no accountability. I would never subject myself to such treatment and would certainly warn anyone who would consider using Cancom.
