Since its formation in 2010, Chatr Mobile Canada - a subsidiary of Rogers Communications, has been targeting a more generic audience. When it comes to mobile plans, Chatr mobile has been offering affordable services to all its users for years now. Today, they have expanded their network coverage which has resulted in enhanced brand visibility. Customers in general seem happy with their no credit check and no contract policy and the overall affordability of their mobile plans.

this is the worst network out there right now theeee worst they are just a greedy company that does nothing for its customers given their situation i added money to my account and still not able to use my phone when call they gaveme alot of bad attitude then when i said i need to speak to a super they said none is avble this rubs me wrong in so many ways i had to tell them to disconncet my services aftyer 10 yrs

Overall it is a good solution if you don't want to sign any contract and you are looking for something quick, with no credit checks and stuff.
But it is somewhat cumbersome, as you need to make sure you have balance in your account. If you don't the line just drops. It happend several times while I was on call, although I hace my credit card on file and I have configured auto pay.

Zero service. Chatr charges me almost every 10 days. You can't talk to any service representative at the reception. I topped up my phone and never used it in addition to registering for self-pay. Billing without justification. I am disappointed to have registered my entire fault. Same plan, but different data. No service abroad. I am ready to change providers.

I have been using chatr for like 2 years np , today November 1st there is no one to call in to an get help , basically leaving it up to the customer to find the closest chatr store to help, not just that there chatr login doesn't work for what I am trying to do ,I am at the point where I am ready to change providers

They keep taking more then one payment out of your banks and then have to fight to get your payment back in your account I would not recommend them to anyone I have been with these guys for over 5 years and now looking to go somewhere else

I am Canadian and took my family to Great Wolf Lodge. It's on the Canadian side and I was charged a fortune in roaming fees even though my roaming was off.To make matters worse the end of my holiday is currently being ruined as I've been on hold for customer service for over an our now Terrible serviceI will never use chatter againThey just lost a good customer

I ended up activating with Chatr recently as I was with a more expensive carrier. That's offered the same as Chatr but for a more expensive price. I learned about Chatr from online and hearing about people having the services. So I joined. I live in a remote area and have services the called text data quality seem to work very well here. They don't support 5g but who really uses that. I don't. And More

I have just spent 1hr45 on the phone waiting for an agent, in the end I gave up as I started to believe that there are none, I was double charged and there seems that there is no way of getting my money back, I miss the days when companies actually cared about their customers

Bought a sim for my mother as she is new to Canada, worked for 1 day and then stopped and sim appear as not registered. Went to the counter where i bought the sim from and the agent decided to change the sim bit the system could not activate the new sim, he said we should wait 24hrs, we waited 24hrs, nothing happened. Called customer support nd waited for 2 hours, they said they need to escalate t More
