When my cell phone was stolen, FIZZ took 5 COMPLETE days before re-establishing the line with my number on my new cell phone. All this while telling me only "... we are working to solve the problem as soon as possible.". Not knowing how long to wait, I ended up getting a pre-paid phone for 1 month - which FIZZ never wanted to refund! So I changed company

Good morning! I live in the countryside and I pick up the signal very well! My plan only costs me $28+Tx with unlimited calls to Qc, unlimited texts & internet. In summary, I recommend FIZZ 100%, it's good and not expensive! Your unused internet data is added to your next month!!

Used Fizz within Quebec with no problem but when travelling in the USA with their US plan it is a lottery as some state may offer the service while other are not (Florida doesn’t work) In addition I had almost no reply from their support service except answers like : We are taking care of you… Be patient… We are looking at the problem … They answered me 1 week after a came back in Canada H More

The cellular service in the USA does not work despite the sale of the USA plan Impossible to have answers and even less a resolution of the problem Very frustrating If you stay in Quebec it is ok but above all do not leave the province because nothing works anymore

I requested a change to my internet package. They cancelled the change request without notifying me and now the package I had chosen is no longer available. Customer service admits that the cancellation was due to an error on their part, but they cannot offer me the package I had chosen again, they offer me a slower package for more money. You have definitely lost a customer.

I've been with Fizz internet for over 3 years now. It rarely cuts off and when it did never long before returning. Modem reboots by itself now and then. Speed is stable, no problem streaming. Prices are among the lowest I've seen along with Virgin and some others.
