The coverage in the niagara region is great! At Christmas they gave all subscribers 10 extra gbs (forever) and they now have no cost roaming to the US and Mexico. I think Freedom mobile is terrific!

Expect to be on the phone or in chat for half a day for any interaction you have with them. They screwed up my name which they then demanded I had to go to a store to fix. Their mistake but they just push that to the customer to fix. I had to escalate several times and even then they dont give any Fs.

Had a contract, just had a baby, so busy to go within the 30 days to get another phone. Next thing I know, I have to pay out like 900 for this phone and they won't allow me to get a new phone within the contract I had. I have been with freedom for 11 years now and they don't give two shits.

Freedom Mobile is a joke. I cannot believe that we got sucked into using this terrible service in 2024. We had dropped calls, many areas with low coverage, text messages which would not transmit and no help from their help desk. The guys who signed us up make mistakes and blew us off when we went back. This provider is the worst! This guy at Walmart scammed us into signing up for freedom mobile! He said it would be 35$ a month. But after one month they escalated our bill to over 50$ a month. I Am DEFINITELY changing providers as soon as my contract finishes. And you can’t even understand any of them on the phone. I have had to have called these people more than 5 times in a month!!

Freedom mobile service is equal to those in 3rd world countries. Customer service agents are very rude and unable to solve the problem. Network is weak. I would never recommend it.
