Be careful about using this service - it is owned by Telus. I originally signed up because they claimed to have wider coverage in BC than Rogers. However their definition of "wider" means "roaming" which is VERY expensive. When I cancelled my account, they insisted on charging me for another 3 months - despite my not using their services. I dont know why that surprises me - It is Telus after all. Serves me right I suppose.

On the phone for over 90 minutes, bounced from dept to dept attempting to advocate for some empathy and understanding. Told that the previous departments should have addressed the concern. For the love of god do not go with koodo. I added some add ons recently for some extra data and I can no longer un-add them because their website has been broken for weeks. Not even their shit customer service reps can do anything about it because they're just that useless. Fuck koodo and their broken website.

Thier employees are terrible on the phone and just want a good rating. They aren’t able to solve any issues and the issue ALWAYS comes back less than a few months later. They up charge, change plans all without notifying. Wouldn’t reccomend them to anyone

We were charged for calls made to Bosnia. We have never made these calls nor do we know anyone there. By the end, the bill totaled over $400 in fees. Once we noticed this we set up a call with a rep and spent over 2 hours with them trying to explain that this is Fraud and we never made these calls More

When I signed up, I was told and have in writing that the activation fee would be waived. It showed up on the first bill. I was then told it would be credited on the 2nd or 3rd bill. It's been four months and I have not recieved it. The rep who signed me up said he would take care of it and could not connect me directly with a manager. I am very unsatisfied.
