Samsung positions the Galaxy S25 ultra as its most complete conventional smartphone, blending a large-screen format with premium materials and productivity features that remain unusual in this category. Its 6.9-inch Quad HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display runs at up to 120 Hz and is housed in a body that measures 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2 mm and weighs 218 g, with a titanium frame, IP68 water and dust resistance and an integrated S Pen. Performance is led by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy processor with 12 GB of RAM, while storage configurations reach 256 GB, 512 GB or 1 TB. Photography is a major focus, with a rear setup that combines a 200 MP main camera, a 50 MP ultrawide, a 50 MP telephoto with 5x optical zoom and a 10 MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom, plus a 12 MP front camera. Samsung also lists 8K video capture, Wi‑Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, UWB and USB-C. A 5,000 mAh battery supports up to 45 W wired charging, fast wireless charging and Wireless PowerShare, rounding out a device designed for heavy daily use, media, note-taking and advanced photography.
