They will send you to credit collection just because they do not have phone number to call them from outside canada. I have sent them exactly 17 emails. To make a payment. This is just a beginning, because they do not connect you, you still have to email them another 10 times to get connected after all the hustle you had with the payment. This company doesn’t care if you go to credit collection, the dont answer emails, non of their phone numbers are reachable from abroad, basically the don not care about giving service the just sell.

30% on average packet loss. Customer service makes you jump through hoops and do speedtests both in browser and in the command line. their recommendations are maddening and their solutions always point to user error.

I signed up with Primus 1gb internet in May 2023. The first week the aervice went down for 8hrs and then 4hrs in that week. Phoning in is about 1.5hrs wait time usually.
