Best price ever for a great network coverage, speed and stability. You pay way less because they don't have to pay for a call center, but you have access to support throught the great community. The old one was bad but the new one through Telus is absolutely horrible. I don't want to use a chatbot service to pay my bill. There seems to be no other option.
New website/app is so slow....even slower than the old website.
Phone service is good and price is good.
However, I'm totally willing to leave just from the new interface.

If you can, get Public Mobile when there is a big sale! Plenty of 5G data for cheaper than a Big 3 plan, but it's on a Big 3 network. No random price increases or contracts. As the title says, Public Mobile is really cheap, easy to set up, and has more data than I ever need!
