If you have any other options, avoid Rogers. Seriously, they're just not worth the headaches. The customer service is an absolute joke, they will overbill you regularly, they will try to lie to you about contracts (seriously - do your homework and read everything), and they will waste a tremendous amount of your time whenever you need to get something done.

This is the worst company ever!!! They harass you the second your bill is late and send threatening texts saying that they are going to cut off your service and charge you to get it back. Zero regard for a person's mental health. They should try sending a bill if they want to get paid.
