Teksavvy The worst internet service I’ve ever experienced — extremely slow speeds, frequent outages, and the most unprofessional and rude customer service I’ve ever encountered.

Been with them for over 2 years and never had an issue. Support has been strong when needed with satisfied results. They raised my monthly fee and complained I could get cheaper and faster for same cost and they kept my plan the same. Many people complain about disruptions but do they realize it could be the cable company (shaw/rogers) fault they piggyback off of...Make sure your router modem is compatible and if in doubt reset reset reset...

Been with TekSavvy for a few years now and lately I noticed more buffering issues (intermittent slowdowns) and lately I have to reset my modem more often as the internet would die and not recover. I contacted TekSavvy online via chat and asked about upgrading to 500mbps at their current promotional price, unfortunately I got disconnected before she came back to me, but Jennifer who I was talking to emailed me with the offer of the current promotional price they are offering for one year. I called and after talking to customer service on/off on hold as she talked with management, she came back at the end to deny the original offer Jennifer emailed me. Obviously this company doesn't want to keep their customers. I have found 3 other companies I'm looking to switch

Very bad internet service, been using it for less than a year , no stable connection . Hanging most of the time time . No technical support to sort out issue and customer service is not helpful and have manners in dealing with fixing problems and get technical support to sort out issues

Unprofessional and unreliable. Would not respond to service interruptions and just blamed external technicians. Do not use this company.

I'm sitting in Mexico on a vacation and I have zero access to my Teksavvy email. This worked in past years and now it's broken. Teksavvy refuses to help (i.e. forward my Teksavvy email to my gmail account which does works in Mexico). Zero customer support on this. I need to migrate to another service provider. Avoid Teksavvy. Get yourself an international service that cares about customers.

I was originally with Zid Internet for years, but TekSavvy recently acquired them. I'm glad TekSavvy kept my monthly internet price at the same price as Zid. I haven't noticed any difference; the internet signal remains the same. TekSavvy's customer service is friendly. However, I would have liked a lower monthly price, as TekSavvy isn't the most affordable provider on the market.

Obvious third party field service techs (Rogers) come and don't fix the problem, they then leave without saying anything - saying they'll be right back. Teksavvy then blames them by saying they hire third party service techs and they hold no accountability for scamming their customers. I pay 160$ a month to get 1000mbps and get only 74mpbs, which should be illegal and considered criminal, certainly considering I've been paying this for over three years and have tried many times to call and report this. They don't even know how to fix the issue, multiple times they've sent out techs that don't know what the issue is when I literally have told them and even worse, the customer service reps on the phone have no idea how to do anything, other than follow their script. I worked as a customer service rep at Bell and this is appalling. The reps go to a supervisor and the supervisor obviously doesn't know what they're doing and instead of asking their managers - they hang up on me or make me wait on the line, making sure I hang up. This has happened countless times now, they don't want to actually get someone who knows how to fix the problem and it's become apparent that most of them don't actually know ho

Was having internet issues and requested a technician to come out. Appointment was made and they did not show up, call was, or email. I canceled right after that. I don’t recommend

i have been with them for nearly 15 years, they have been solid on tech support, very good stability in my experience with the DSL service, but the current prices are not competitive and i have tried to reach out to get a better deal but they wont give me a better deal, looking to get atleast gigabit+ fiber but the prices are just not competitive and unfortunatly i need to look else where
