Frustrating Service and Outage Issues

Very poor customer service. Constant loss of residential phone and internet service. Poor response to issues. Not able to report outages online. Installed in the basement which gives poor signal. Internet very slow. Residential Phone service drops calls often. No tech support in-house.

Great Service, High Price

I want to start by praising TekSavvy's customer service. Actually competent agents, fast, friendly, easy to work with. I had TekSavvy for years and any time I had an issue they were easily able to work with me to solve it. Be Careful

Although they are the largest of of ISPs behind the big telecos they are nasty in the same. Billing issues are the number 1 complaint. Quick to over bill and very very slow to credit spent 1hr to get back $8 and had my service throttled.

Just be careful because once you sign up they are not the same.

Unsatisfactory wifi speeds, switching providers

We paid 1GB of wifi and we’re getting 30 mbs download and 8 mbs upload. Service too slow. Planning on going back to my old provider.
