modem wifi not powerful enough cut and variation of speed and loss of the telephone line on occasion, I was with Bell before Bell really has the best technology the modem was very powerful would have stayed with Bell but deplorable service and cost at less than talk to a Quebec agent I'm in the National Capital.

There is no 24/7 technical support service. Bandwidth has fluctuated a few times over the past few months (especially in the first two months of COVID19) but it matches or exceeds the promised speed 90-95% of the time. The price is very interesting and above all, it is stable unlike the big suppliers.

The one and only flaw is the monthly internet usage graph. We are not able to see with a bar chart our use but from another point of view we do not care we are unlimited... When it is the only defect we find... that says it all ...
