I have been with Vif for 4 years without any problems. Until a storm took place in Quebec (Vif is based in Mtl). A wire disconnected outside. It took 2 weeks before they agreed to send a technician on site. They made me do a ton of tests, replace the modem, be forced to borrow a laptop from a friend because they wanted to test with this equipment that I do not have, I am told that they will call More

Breakdowns are rare but not non-existent (1 or 2 per year)
The speed is very stable
Slow customer service (but very may be required)
As the price is very competitive I recommend
