I have been with carrytel for several years. I only had one issue with outages that took a good while to get to the bottom of which we finally did. That was the most frustrating part but for the cost and general service I am still happy with them. I think if you have an issue then you may be offline for a period but as I said this has happened to me only once.

I've been with CarryTel for a few years now, since the end of 2021. They piggyback off of the Rogers network and so if you have any issues, it's likely a rogers technician would come by. Service has been solid for the most part with the rare drop in service that is usually fixable with a reset. More

This company has multiple hidden fees that they do not tell you and only add on to your bill when it is time. If you sometimes struggle with paying the bills on time this company DEFINITELY isn't for you, just a heads up!

Ordered 1000/50 never reached close to that speed. I work from home and had to order service from another provider. I had gone with Carrytel due to price but service is garbage ( you contact them to have lines checked speeds improve for a few days then back down below 100 )

The internet would be dropping occasionally during past year, however since the beginning of summer it has ben dropping several times a day. I have to restart the modem to get the internet back.
