To expensive STAY AWAY FROM FIDO/ROGERS

Call to see if they can give us a cheaper plan and went through 3 different people one which was a manager 2 and a half hours on the phone and all they could offer us was a more expensive plan when we call for a cheaper plan what a way to take care of your customers not worth 280.00 a month Bell is giving more for less stay away from Fido apart of Rogers what a joke once our contract is done and us get rapped we are charging providers

Affordable Rogers alternative with drawbacks

It's just a cheaper version of Rogers. Never rally had a problem. The issue is price creep. Although there are times it takes forever to upload a photo or it takes several attempts to upload the same photo.

Horrible service

I bought a new device back in June 23rd 2023. The in store rep asked me if I wanted device protection, I said no. On June 25th I received an email thanking me for device protection. I wrote back immediately advising I did not ask for this. They continued to charge me and won’t give my money back advising there are no notes on file. They told me that I had 1500 minutes to call to the US and this was not what I had.
