Fido Ignores Loyalty

Fido doesn't care about it's existing customer, I am with Fido for ~3 years, but when I called to upgrade my data plan from 2 GB to what they are offering to new customer , they simply refused it , and when I asked to leave the Fido as getting better deal with other provider they didn't care .

Failed Fido Phones Twice

I've bought 2 phones from Fido, both faulty. First was an a53, then an S22. They took the first one back, second one they did nothing. I was out of town and missed the 30 day so called customer satisfaction by 5 days I believe. S22 is less than 5 months old, it'll be going in for the 3rd time for repairs. I've been with fido for the past 6 years. Overall they are fine, but sometimes they're loyalty department or deals arent the best unless you are a new customer. Request for Help: Issues with Billing and Porting

I need help with my account. My husband and I experienced difficulties when we tried to port in to Fido, and now the billing they sent us is different from the offer we requested during Black Friday.
