Cutting costs as a senior

As a senior I feel I am paying too much. To reduce the cost, I have asked them to cancel my cable and home phone and to have less than 1.5 G internet speed but they said it would cost more. I only need 10 M.

Insincere

Price agreement for a change to a package not respected, 3 months later still not paid, I am billed for an unexpected amount, waste of time on the phone, I am put on hold, I have been there for more than 20 hours already Wasting my time and still no results. Unbearably poor performance

I've had this service for three months. Every month there has been an outage. So far for 2024 the uptime has been 72.7%. Typically uptime is measured in the number of 9s - e.g. 99%, 99.9%, 99.99%, and so on. That is to say, 2x9s (99%) uptime is considered poor performance. 72.7% uptime is absolute crap. What's Rogers solution? Only after my asking did they *graciously* offer me $14 -- on a $79/mo More

Unreliable, costly service with frequent drops.

I haven't found the service to be reliable. Drops quite a lot and is very expensive.

Roger's customer service very bad no body pick up phone two hours waiting time and rogers give everybody different price.

Veryvery very bad and lying customer service

After I go a very big and shocking increase in my bill I called Rogers to cancel my internet. The respresentative told me that we can offer you one month for free till you find a next provider I said its perfect what a generosity but it was a BIG LIE they charged me again 100$ for another month and didn't cancel my account. Its like you should run after them forever to cancel your account.

Very bad

Worst costumer service ever.
internet was slow and they refuse to help, they hung up many times and when I canceled they charged me 412 dollars cancelation fee

"Upsetting Rogers Bill Increases"

We like Rogers however the bill is very hard to understand and what is TERRIBLE the monthly bill changes....month to month the amount goes up over $200...very upsetting.. ..however the billing call center is very helpful, polite, patient and professional.
