105 reviews

Rogers is one of the country's most used and respected networks for good reason. Their expansive infrastructure and affordable prices have won over countless customers. However, some Rogers reviews express impatience with their customer service. Since they are such a massive company, you should be prepared to be put on hold for a while.

Rogers does not care for their clients let alone very long term loyal customers. Rates keep skyrocketing and tech advancements in neighbourhoods do not happen. They don't care if they lose you. Connection is so so and when you call to complain they say it's normal and that it's your issue. My rates have from $168 to $238 in 2 years with less coverage than I had before. Service and customer service is poor.
