the worse customer service, they give wrong information over the phone, and they send different billing to clients
after 4 months of waist of time over the phone,
all they do is to say we are sorry our staff gave you wrong information, and the client pay the bill

The prices are constantly changing and this forces me to call and negotiate almost every two months. The negotiation ends sometimes well, sometimes badly but in all cases with a huge waste of time on the phone.

Videotron's internet works well but is very expensive. After 28 years of loyalty, I wanted a discount on my TV + internet package. The best they could do was give me a $4 discount! Very disappointing. With all the competition, I would have thought I would have more.
