Left us for one week without internet. Staff are disrespectful, hang up the phone in the middle of the conversation , extreme hold time and seems like no one knows how to do the job.

My daughter (grade 9) got phone bill this month, $586. Her cell plan was 20G data limit plan. Without notice she got 3.5G data over the limit (20G). Over 3.5G data Virgin Mobile Canada charged over $551, $15 /100 MB. I could not believe Virgin runs their business like this. Actually I even did not want give them any star!

We have had ongoing technical issues and Virgin's 3rd party provider for technical support has limited options based on Virgin's protocol. We now need to replace our modem and they sent a new one but the fibre port is welded to the cable (which we told them before they sent it). So even though we can't replace it ourselves it's $75 for a technician to come. I'm out!

no offers when phone is paid and was told i was a valued loyal customer and to call back in a month when they have more offers... called back in a month and was offered the same plans... 3gb or 100gb ... nothing in between what a joke !!!

My friend had a technicien to her house this morning rudest guy ever. She was told not to ask to much question and never offered help how to enter their password on the application. These people are seniors. If you don't like your job , give someone else à chance to work. Virgin gives you a number TO call for complaint and no one at the end of the line. It's all good until the day you have a connection problem and need tech support.It was very difficult to log into their online platform, no difference between the app or the website, I was getting error messages.Once I've been able to connect and chat with an agent, they had trouble speaking english or french and we couldnt comprehend each other very well. This wifi network is awful. I strongly recommend not to use this service after switching to Virgin. I have had constant problems that even the tech guys can't even fix. I have had the service guy over to my home 3 times now to fix the same issue and it's not just me; even the service guy said he's been to tons of homes with the same issue.
