I had an excellent experience with Virgin previously. Times have changed. Costco had a January promo of $39 (CAD) for unlimited Canada, some US and 10Gb. I signed up for that on January 17th. This company is a fraudulent one. They increased my monthly plan without any prior notice. They also said If I refer a friend, my friend and I would get 50 dollars credits in 10 instalments and it was a very big lie. They never credited the money! The network is also not so great. Just be careful if you are planning to use virgin plus.

After 12 years with this company I decided to switch because the customer service is really bad. In short I had an issue which I was looking to resolve but the rep wasn't helpful instead she is trying to get me to pay more. Never paying attention to what my problem was in the first place. And when she said if I want to cancel instead? Hell yeah.
