No to New Payment Plan

They changed their payment method. I have $225 left in my account and now they charge me $10 per month for 10 minutes of calls per month and I have to deposit $100 to keep my account active. Disagree

I was a Bell mobility client for 20 years. I had looked for other options out there and found Fido. Fido had a plan for 30 gigs for $29. It was 4G which is fine. Customer service was great, but I had areas that I was not able to get service. I am in London Ontario and wasn’t able to get service in the Budweiser gardens arena. Incompetent Service Provider

I got a flip phone for my elderly father. I lost count of how many times I had to ask PC Mobile to charge my credit card every month so my father would have uninterupted service. They agreed but it was just a matter of time when they would fail to do so. No other business/company has failed to follow these simple instructions, after all their goal is to make money. Double Billed in March, no phone service.

Service was OK for a few months. Topped up my account on March 1, 2024, phone deactivated on March 7, 2024 with no explanation. Have not heard back from support and don't expect to. I would not recommend PCMobile.

History of PC Mobile

Since 1984, President's Choice has existed as a brand under Loblaws. PC Mobile was born in 2005, when President's Choice began expanding their products and services. By 2013, PC Mobile was selling Android phones and all kinds of mobile plans under Bell's network. However, they stopped selling postpaid plans in 2018, and had to move all their customers onto Koodo Mobile. Since then, PC Mobile has continued to sell prepaid plans in kiosks and online.
