Prices increase regularly but not the quality. We regularly lose internet so no TV. We can lose connection in the afternoon, in the evening or at 3:00. EVERY day there are stops, loss of connection or a code. I was told to call as soon as there is a breakdown, which means 5 to 6 calls per day plus waiting time. Every time I communicate with them it goes round in circles. I stopped calling and I am waiting for the next increase in March.

It's the same thing that Bell sends incomplete notices by email, as required by law. 3 increases over 12 months. That's not strong. When the contract was agreed, the rep confirmed no increases for 2 years.
