Service to hook me up was very quick. Even though they took around 2-3 years to install all the fiber optic wires thru god know how many thousands of kilometers in my area. Some places didnt even have regular home telephone lines from Bell, still in 2024. Is that normal that there are still small villages in our beautiful province of Quebec that do NOT have telephone land lines? I think not. So co More

Cooptel goes down often, it's not stable and they have zero communication to let you know what is going on, even when there is outage, if you call and go English, they ignore you completely, not recommended

This winter, during the coldest day, Les tech de Cooptel could not find the cause of the complete interruption of service. They looked, as soon as a little warming took place, the service was restored. The bandwidth is at the maximum of what is offered to them by Bell. We hope that the CRTC will do better.

No file follow-up between the various customer service stakeholders who are constantly changing. Automated emails that contradict the status of the file and the actions to take to keep my phone number... I had to cancel my subscription just in time so as not to lose the phone number I wanted to keep. Very disappointed!
