Horrendous service, inflated prices and absolutely no customer care. 5 1/2 hours on internet with customer support who’s only repeated solution was to continuously reset the cable connection. Nothing changed then forwarded me to accounts which had me number 68 inline for a respons More

Constant loss of service for my home internet and when it is working it is super slow, have to make sure all other devices are off the network, when streaming picture is usually grainy and constantly needs time to buffer have tried to watch several live promotions at home and it has been unbearable. Will definitely be switching providers in the near future.

Price is much to High...Bill was charged 2 times when Rodgers took over this has never been fixed. Automated phone system makes a person wait too long ( extreme at times ). With the price charged Good service is expected.
