Found hooking things up myself was no problem and I am not tec. savvy , helpful people to assist if you need support, polite and curdious.. Best service and place to deal with in my 50 some years of different service providers.

Caters to the customers right from ordering where you can save money if you buy a modem and even more savings if you provide your own Router! Now that in itself is WOW thanks!
