Caters to the customers right from ordering where you can save money if you buy a modem and even more savings if you provide your own Router! Now that in itself is WOW thanks! Sunwire promised me fast, reliable and affordable wifi but I have gotten none of these. I have made several complaints about the poor wifi service and still Sunwire has not offered to fix it free of charge or give me a discount for the wifi is always crashing.
