Absolutely the worst connection I've ever dealt with, it's slow, EXTREMELY unreliable, it literally disconnects itself four times a day. I've had a technician come in a completely replace the wires that we had in this house (since this house is older, we figured we'd at least try to fix it before blaming the company). I am in the countryside, the internet often goes down, it's even on the telephone line, all my neighbors are also dissatisfied, as soon as there is wind it bug, and as soon as the phone rings you often lose access.

Very poor after sale service. High billing because they have a monopoly in the region. No agreement possible to lower the price
