Telus will boast a faster connection and fiber optic with massive speeds. Couldn't be further from the truth. Had to wait 3 days for install without any communication. Telus told us faster and similar to our shaw. Telus is horrid, not only do they lie about services. The connection is unreliable. They use tele phone wire... Missing 2 conductors... Customer service that makes you constantly be on a lookout for another provider. They change your plan and monthly bill to the one that is twice the price that you paid for a long time without any notification and then keep you on hold for ever so it is virtually impossible to get hold of them. They are super nice to you when you are signing up for a service and is always a huge disappointment down the road.

- Random cancellation of discounts in original agreement before the contract expires- Disconnected client's call being transferred to another department after 45 min. Wasting people's time and effort!- DO NOT recommend this provider, unless you make sure they include a condition in the contract that they will compensate if they automatically cancel any discounts discussed before the promotion expiry date.

It's all good quality service at Telus, but the cost is excessive. There is no reason for Canada to have the highest telecomms costs in the world.

Worst company. Always check your bills before paying. This company charge always over charge and then you waste hours with customer service to solve the problems. Totally scam company. Never use Telus for business services and never use mobility service. Their discount Appling system is rip off.

sign the contract at Metrotown, and all promises are not valid, try to contact them, was told the team moved to other shopping malls, and won't be back until next month when the contract can't be cancelled by then.

Setting it up and dealing with the representatives was horrendous. They gave me a deal and never implemented it. Then refused to take my phone calls or respond to my emails.
