The most terrible service I have ever received. I am so disappointed from Telus's Customer service. After spending 2 hours over the phone no one was willing to listen , emphasize or to help. Negative point: speaking to an agent and receiving a response is never easy with Telus. Just finding the right number is a challenge and I believe the company uses some form of customer service system that intentionally splits calls to discourage customers. The essential plans do not allow you to connect a tablet to your cell phone to use data. This feature is blocked by Telus. You have to take the more expensive plans to get the feature.

We switched to a Telus family plan, via a door-to-door salesman. The price promised was not the price received. We managed to get the price after several emails and phone calls AND because we had recorded the conversation. Moral of the story: always ask for written confirmation
