Negative point: speaking to an agent and receiving a response is never easy with Telus. Just finding the right number is a challenge and I believe the company uses some form of customer service system that intentionally splits calls to discourage customers. I bought a phone and less than a year ago, it broke due to an internal problem. According to Quebec law, it should have been replaced with a new one FREE OF CHARGE. Despite my protests, I had to pay $400 to get a new one. A company that violates Quebec law. They dare to call me back to make me become their customer again. I WILL NOT HESITATE TO GIVE THEM THE BAD REPUTATION THEY DESERVE.

I have been with Telus mobile phone service for 21 years. My last exchange with the billing department was disastrous. Even though they had all the information on updating my credit card, they have persisted for 6 months in billing the expired card. I’ve been a long term Telus customer (over 25 years), yet they don’t automatically offer/provide special pricing to keep long term clients. Every time my plan is renewed, it’s like I’m calling for the very first time, and my business over the past 25 years doesn’t matter at all. I hate having to fight for a “deal”, and always feel I’ve gotten hooped.

Diplorable customer care and service. Since November 2024 we have been trying to get our new company phones. Telus apparently had them delivered to the wrong address through their internal error. We are getting the run around and even going into our nearest telus carrier has only resulted in their frustration with head office as well. This has become beyond ridiculous.

Excellent customer service. Excellent cell service coverage. I have been with Telus for over 20 years and these are the reasons why. I have been to rural areas and other cell phone service did not work but my service did.
