The connection is intermittent, several connection problems with different video conferencing applications (Facebook messenger, Discord...), and the customer service is complicated and confusing. In 4 interactions with them, I had to make each of my requests twice because they didn't understand the first time. Ok for very light internet use

I joined Diallog but had to change internet providers a few months later. The CRTC states internet service providers must refund any unearned money from the date the customer requests cancellation until the end of the billing term if paid in advance but Diallog's terms state they must be given 30 days notice. As such they tried to keep the money I had paid until the end of the billing cycle. Th More
