My internet has not gone down since it's inception. With tax I pay under $50 for 25mbps down and 10mbps up and it's usually 12 or 13mbps up which is a bonus. When the service guy came to install it a couple of years ago, he found an issue with the line that the last guy missed. Very impressed with Diallog Internet.☺️

We are still an the old copper lines from Bell in this area. Bell called it high speed when the first started to increase the speed over the lines in a DSL form. Years ago, that was still better than the wireless service that was available in this area. Bell has it's own equipment More

Their customer service sucks and you will wait weeks for fixes. I am currently 3 weeks without service
