Galaxy S22: Full Specifications

Samsung’s Galaxy S22 is the compact entry in the S22 family, built around a flat 6.1-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a sharp 1080 x 2340 resolution, an adaptive 120 Hz refresh rate and Vision Booster for better visibility outdoors. Its glass and metal body keeps a notably handy format at 146 x 70.6 x 7.6 mm and 167 g, while Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection, an Armor Aluminum frame and IP68 water and dust resistance give it the kind of finish expected from a premium Samsung model. In the Canadian version, Samsung pairs the phone with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip, 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB or 256 GB of storage. The rear camera system combines a 50 MP main camera, a 12 MP ultra wide and a 10 MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom and up to 30x Space Zoom, alongside a 10 MP front camera, and the phone supports video recording up to 8K. A 3700 mAh battery, 25 W wired charging, wireless charging, Wireless PowerShare, 5G, Wi-Fi 6, stereo speakers, an ultrasonic fingerprint reader and eSIM support round out a small flagship that focuses on portability without giving up core high-end features.
