so yes it's not too expensive, well if paying for not having internet interests you. I haven't had internet for 1 week, I'm waiting for my modem, the delivery of which they canceled (!), and they asked me by telephone to play with the sockets, I spoke to 3 agents who told me have asked to turn off, unplug, turn off, turn on again, plug in my tower which is in another room, for no result, they will More

Failed Service, No Info

Successive failures. No service outside office hours! NO COMMUNICATION with customers such as a text message letting us know of an outage and how long I would have to wait to get service back! I'm unhappy and I'm looking elsewhere!
