Very good service but the bill..

The big downside comes from their bill. Incomprehensible to a human. Lots of discounts that come and go over the months. You have to call to understand anything, especially if there are several services on the same bill like cell phone, internet etc. However, the service is impeccable and fast.

the worse customer service
the worse customer service, they give wrong information over the phone, and they send different billing to clients
after 4 months of waist of time over the phone,
all they do is to say we are sorry our staff gave you wrong information, and the client pay the bill

Hello, By subscribing to their mobile and internet services I thought it was a great company but unfortunately it is not the case, I pay $120/month for 3G, when I called them, they found that their coverage is really not good and despite that they did nothing, I spent hours with their customer services but it did not work and they told me if I leave I have to pay almost $1000 For their Helix internet it is still not bad but their price is not competitive I strongly advise against doing with them for cell phone in the Varennes or Sainte Julie area It is just 3G or a small LTE bar Be careful
