I am beyond frustrated with Bell Mobility right now. I upgraded my plan from 100GB to 200GB on September 9th because I had already used up my data. Bell shows on my account that the change is “effective immediately,” but here I am 6 days later and NOTHING has changed.I’ve called them every single day since and all they do is put me on hold for ridiculous amounts of time without fixing the issue. I've been trying to cancel my services for 2 weeks... I can't... they always transfer me and I never get the line... I went to work so I always have to cancel the call because no one answers... I tried new customer and boom! I got an answer immediately! They offered me a refund to my old address???? Hello fraud, the check in the trash! I gave my new address and no it wasn't possible!
